We will partner with you to design learning programs tailored to your needs, and in doing so, make it easier and quicker for you to implement your training requirements.
When designing a program that suits the needs of your audience, we consider the following:
- Who is your audience and where are they located?
- What is the timeframe for session delivery and program roll-out?
- Is the program mandatory for all to attend and is attendance to be evidenced?
- Does the program need to increase knowledge awareness or effect behavioural change?
A program will then be developed based on the agreed design. It will be completed in stages and in consultation with you to ensure all key requirements are incorporated into the final program.
The development phase consists of four key stages:
Stage 1: Draft program content
Stage 2: Review and agree content
Stage 3: Propose delivery method
Stage 4: Agree and ‘sign-off’ content and delivery method
